I was kind of excited to try the seed kits, but when I looked through them, I was like... wait, is it mostly the same herbs again? They’re fine, and I’ll still use them, but I do wish there was a little more variety to choose from.

I found the replacement parts without much trouble, and they showed up quick, quick enough. They did feel a little pricey though.

I’ve been happy with this so far. For a small indoor garden, the quality is better than I expected, and the lights, pump, and pods have all been working well. It feels sturdy on my counter too. I’d say if you’re looking for something simple and compact, this is a really solid pick.

I’ve actually been happy with my AeroGarden so far. The basil and lettuce did REALLY well, way better than I expected, and I was trimming herbs every few days just to keep up with them.

The tomatoes were a little more hit or miss for me. I didn’t get a huge harvest from them, but there were still enough to use here and there. I did have to play around with pruning before they started doing better.

Overall, I’m glad I got it. It’s not perfect, but for a small indoor setup, it gives a decent harvest and it’s been fun to mess with.

I ordered a new seed pod kit from aerogarden.com and it was straightforward. The site was easy to navigate, checkout only took a couple minutes, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Nothing glitched or made me second-guess the order, which I always appreciate. I’d definitely order from them again

I got my AeroGarden set up in about 15 minutes, which surprised me. The instructions were clear enough and nothing felt confusing or annoying. I’m noooot exactly the handiest person, so I was happy it went that smoothly. The seeds are already starting to do their thing, and so far I’m really happy with it...

It got here faster than I expected. I ordered it and kind of forgot about it for a day, then it was already at my door when I got home with groceries. Shipping was quick, everything looked fine, and there were no issues at all.

I got this pump set up and, i’m assuming it’s doing the job because everything has been running fine so far. No issues yet, and it seems to work good

It does what it’s supposed to do, so no real complaints there. But the fan noise surprised me a bit, especially at night when everything else is quiet. During the day I don’t think about it much, but once I’m trying to sleep, that hum suddenly feels a lot louder than expected.

I just give it a quick rinse for maybe 30 seconds or so, and there’s really no mess to deal with. After that, it works great again.

It took support sorta longer than I expected to get back to me, about two days, but once they replied they did help fix the issue with my order after a few messages.

I was hoping this grow light would perk my plants up a bit, but honestly... they still looked weak after using it. Didn’t seem to make much of a difference for me

I had to return a part and I wasn’t expecting much from customer service, since that usually turns into a runaround. But warranty support actually helped me get it sorted. It took a few days longer than I would’ve liked, but in the end it wasn’t too much of a hassle...

I’m trying to stay calm about it, but the app keeps disconnecting and the controls only seem to work when they feel like it. Not exactly the smooth smart experience I was hoping for.

The greens grew fine, but the taste was just weirdly flat and not as fresh as I was expecting. The basil literally turned bitter fast, and the lettuce went limp the same day. it just wasn’t worth it for what I was hoping to get

Most of the seed pods grew well. One just didn’t sprout.

I wanted to like this more because the idea is great, and to be fair, it does grow herbs. But once I paid for the unit, then had to keep buying pods and plant food, it started feeling like the kind of setup where the company makes the real money off the refills, and that doesn’t sit great with me.

Mine worked fine, just not in a way that felt worth the price. For what they charge, I think it’s fair to expect sturdier parts and refills that don’t feel like a constant extra bill. It’s not a bad product, but value-wise it feels hard to justify.

Umm, the plants sprouted quickly at first, so I was hopeful, but then they started looking weak and patchy. it just wasn’t what I expected.
